Vinnie's not doing any better. He was the first couple of days while the injected meds were moving through his system but now he's limping and crying. He does put weight on that leg but only very little, so he's hobbling around. During the day, he's not showing much pain, just reluctance to use his leg. I've been staying at Mom's because of the heat here in Indiana. It's been absolutely miserable, and at my house, I don't have central air. The window unit in my bedroom hasn't been coping with the incredible heat, so the elds and I moved to Mom's for the past two weeks. Has been fairly uninteresting lately. I did get my hearing aid for my left ear (have been deaf in it for over a decade since a sudden, unrealized ear infection burst the eardrum and left me with Meneiere's disease). I was hungry around 4:00 yesterday and started making a casserole I'd seen online. Unfortunately, I didn't have one of the ingredients and substituted another - and that other I substituted seems to have been bad.
